Diamond Heart 11 (DH11) — A New In-Person Group Forming in Berkeley, CA
We’re currently welcoming interest in a new in-person Diamond Approach group, Diamond Heart 11 (DH11), based in Berkeley, California.

Introductory Weekends: October 18–19 and December 6–7, 2025 (more to come in 2026)
These in-person weekends are open to all and offer a grounded introduction to the Diamond Approach through meditation, inquiry, teaching, and group engagement. They're also a way to meet the teaching team and experience the style and spirit of this new group.
There’s no application required for introductory weekends. Please join our interest list to be notified when registration opens.
Ongoing Group Begins Fall 2026
The longer-term group — DH11 — will begin in Fall 2026 and meet 8–9 weekends per year in Berkeley. This is an in-person only group, there will be no zoom option. The group will be led by Caroline Pietrangelo Owens, Ben Centanni, and Deb Sylvan, with supervision from Byron Brown and occasional teaching by Hameed Ali.
Parent-Friendly Orientation
We’re building this group with families in mind. While details are still emerging, we hope to create a child-friendly offering during group weekends, allowing children to develop their own sense of connection while supporting parents in their practice.
