What have you learned as a result of studying the Diamond Approach?:
The most valuable thing I have learned from the Diamond Approach is that letting go of being important is not necessarily easy but is so very freeing. Another thing I've learned is that having a rigorous spiritual path may be hard work at times, but that it is also a lot of fun. I enjoy the stimulating adventure of self-discovery, appreciating others, and learning about the nature of the world that we live in. And I have learned to trust that the circumstances of my external life are always the very doorways into a deeper interior and rich understanding.
