I live in Germany, in two places: in Saarbrücken and in "Zentrum Neuenzell" in the southern Black Forest in Germany, close to Switzerland.
In the inner work of the Diamond Approach, it became increasingly clear to me, how exploring the subjective truth and reality of the experience in the present moment, can open an alive inner path.
This exploration, this inquiry is continually deepening, becoming a more and more continuous, ongoing process – in the midst of full life.
That what we really are, true nature, expresses itself, including daily actions, communications and interactions – being “in the world – and not of it”.
As a teacher of the Diamond Approach, it is my pleasure to accompany others on this very personal and always unique journey. "Music and spirituality" is also a theme in my life, many years of experience as a professional classical violinist also come into play in courses like: “Life becomes Audible – Music as a Doorway to Presence”.
Other spiritual paths, like Gnostic Christianity and also paths of meditation and contemplation, have deeply touched me. When I got to know the Diamond Approach, the non-judging freedom to bring the same deep, revealing curiosity and love for the truth to every experience – however it is right now – felt, and still feels very liberating. In the processes of the inquires, insights and understanding come closer into my blood so to speak, into embodiment, into relaization.
Nothing has to be manipulated towards a “better” state – truth, awareness and presence themselves are an optimizing force. Non-doing is a practice, presence can express itself in many ways. And the beginning is always: exactly where and how we are right now.
Radical acceptance and inquiry into the immediacy of our inner reality can become a journey to our true nature – towards what we really are. In the process of the inquiries issues, difficult feelings, which we often instinctively avoid, patterns, old structures come to light – they become exposed. They can and want to be looked at, felt and worked through.
The immediacy of presence then can reveal underlying truths and open up deeper dimensions. Presence and awareness themselves carry their own guidance and development within them. The essential qualities which arise from true nature without our “doing”, are supporting and guiding this exploration in the inner universe.
