As a young girl, the sudden accidental death of my siblings precipitated my spiritual quest and a longing to discover the meaning of life. Along with this, came a desire to live each moment as fully as possible since I had painfully realized that everything could change in a blink of an eye.
As a young woman, my longing for a meaningful life inspired me to explore the world and travel different continents before turning my attention to the inner world of my Being. I started to attend gatherings about consciousness also known as "satsangs" and to participate in many meditation retreats, vision quests, shamanic journeys, and alternative therapeutic trainings.
Working for years in a university and providing trainings in corporations, as well as participating in the field of international cooperation and caring for homeless youth also expressed my deep heart desire to create a more equitable world by empowering individuals, organizations and communities through mutual learning, solidarity and collective action.
In 2000, I discovered the Diamond Approach and later on, moved to California to devote myself to the experiential study of this spiritual path and the deepening of consciousness within my personal family, greater community and professional day to day life.
As a teacher of the Diamond Approach, I consider it a great privilege to accompany each student in re-discovering the Presence of Being that lies at the core of their immediate experience, whatever it happens to be in each moment.
I have been studying directly with AH Almaas since 2002 and I teach the Diamond Approach in French and English, most specifically: inquiry groups for the Berlekey Ridhwan school's on line program and the Diamond Approach Ottawa-Montreal Retreat Group. I also teach private sessions to individuals in Canada, United States and Europe. I love supporting each student in re-discovering their own living guidance and inner wisdom by sensing & inquiring into the truth of their experience.
