Livingroom Inquiries - an Online evening of meditation, inquiry and exploration

This is a series of free teachings and an opportunity to practice the central practices of the Diamond Approach®, a transformative path to self-realization.
In these gatherings, we deepen our inner discovery and enhance our capacity to embody Presence through a full body-heart-mind exploration that includes the practices: Sensing, Looking and Listening; Concentration Meditations and Diamond Inquiry TM
After a teaching on a particular essential topic, the participants are then invited to practice Diamond Inquiry TM . Afterwards everyone is welcome to ask questions or share their experiences with the group.
These events are free and open to all, experienced and new students of the Diamond Approach® .
